Once again - VSM to the rescue!! A few weeks back my alternator and battery died. I lost my power steering - which was quite scary! Anyhow, after a tow from the AA to trusty VSM - my car was back on the road within a day! This really is outstanding service! Thank you again everyone! Also, my partner had a clutch issue on the A120 a week later. VSM assessed the problem and advised that it was all OK at no charge. Fabulous! My first review - Brilliant service! I broke down on North Station roundabout. When the AA came they identified the likely issue but it wasn’t a roadside fix. The very nice AA man recommended VSM. I called VSM and another very nice man - Rob - was only too pleased to help. My car had a broken gear cable and Rob got me a quote and fixed it the next day. I was back on the road in no time - which saved me a lot of personal hassle. Enabling me to get to work again without borrowing the other half’s car! VSM were absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to help me In a difficult situation and provided me with a courtesy car to get me out of a jam.
